Shipping & Delivery

At Wallflower we deliver fresh flowers throughout Guatemala. Here is how our service works:

Same-day delivery

Orders confirmed and paid for before 2:00 p.m. are delivered the same day within Guatemala City. After that hour we schedule the delivery for the following day.

Store pickup

If you would rather pick it up yourself, choose Pickup at checkout and we will message you on WhatsApp as soon as your arrangement is ready.

Nationwide shipping

We ship to all 22 departments. Transit takes 1 to 3 business days depending on the destination, and the cost is calculated at checkout.

International orders

Are you outside Guatemala and want to surprise someone here? You can pay online by card and we take care of the delivery. English spoken — just message us on WhatsApp.

Photo confirmation

When the arrangement reaches its destination we send you a photograph on WhatsApp so you can see how it turned out.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel your order up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Because we work with fresh flowers cut to order, we cannot make changes after that point.
